Don’t have insurance? No problem. We offer sliding scale fee for clients who have financial barriers to accessing care.

We are accepting Aetna and Cigna now. We will be accepting BCBS and UHC soon.

A message from the owner:
“Riverstone was established in February of 2015. We started out at the Middle Tyger Community Center in Lyman, SC. The practice was small, but we had big dreams, and we grew. Years 1-7 was a testament to grit, grace, and favor. We did some amazing things for the community, had an all-star collective and team. I worked with the BEST CLIENTS! Year 8-9, I had no clients, no building, no team. Yet, I led and served in other organizations, I helped therapists start their own practice, and I walked beside so many supervisees. I spent the years teaching student therapist and learning from world class mentors to sharpen my clinical and leadership skills. Now, in 2025, we start year 10 ready to build, and serve, and grow again."

This community non-profit is taking up the mantle to enrich our youth with skills and resources for a brighter future. We are happy to host their first meeting at our center! Please support by donating to their organization.

Riverstone was created to increase access to a plethora of services for underserved communities. Please give us a call if you are looking for a flexible space to host your event. We would love to help you serve!

Do you have papers? Notes, a dissertation, a manuscript in progress, business plans, contracts…

Did you choose rest and being present during the holiday season over deadlines, task list and work demands? 👏🏾👏🏾Bravo. You deserved that. You needed that. You didn’t put it off or procrastinate. You just saved those tasks for a rested version of you- for a version of you better equipped to tackle them. That’s self care in action.

Now, when January comes around and we are back to the daily hustle, will rested you be returning to those thing left undone? Creating boundaries around your time and committing yourself to tackling them head on is also self care. AND if you executively function a little different than others, then you may need to add support & accountability into your paper self care plan! It’s okay. We have papers too & we can get it done together!!!
