Join us every Monday from 7–8 PM for Yin to Restorative Yoga with Cheryl—a gentle, grounding practice designed to help you release tension, restore your nervous system, and reconnect with your breath.
We’ll begin with longer-held yin poses to gently open the body, then melt into fully supported restorative postures that invite deep rest and renewal.
