At Precise Homecare Solutions, our goal is to provide personal care services in the place that allows you to be most comfortable: your home. We also know that trust and compassion is key, and something that every family wants and deserves from an in-home caregiver. For these reasons, we require each of our caregivers to have a thorough background check performed prior to employment. We take pride

in our ability to assure our patients quality care from well-informed caregivers. We require each of our caregivers to complete assessments for continuing education classes in order to remain current on home healthcare services. In addition, our caregivers must have yearly TB screens. We offer a free, in-home assessment, performed by a Registered Nurse. This assessment is done in the presence of not only our patients, but their families as well; this assures that we, together, may develop an individualized care plan for your loved one that meets the needs of everyone involved. We can say with confidence to our patients and their families, that we will provide compassionate, responsive care that allows your loved ones to live at home comfortably. You may also take comfort in knowing that we are fully licensed and bonded in the state of South Carolina. Services offered: Errands (grocery shopping, doctor's appointment, prescription pick-up, etc) Care Includes: Meal preparation, Laundry, Light Housekeeping, Medication Reminder, Personal Grooming, Bathing, Home Support/Safety Supervison, Mobility, Family Respite
