🏆 Big News from Doyle Chiropractic!
We’re excited to announce that Dr. Daniel Hill, DC (Bio Below ⬇️ ) has officially joined the Doyle Chiropractic family at The DC Downtown Simpsonville!
With over 34 years of chiropractic experience, Dr. Hill brings a wealth of knowledge, precision, and passion for helping patients move better and feel their best. He’s even served as the official team chiropractor for the World Champion Denver Broncos during their 1998–1999 Super Bowl season 🏈 — and now he’s bringing that same championship-level care to our community!
👉 Walk-in patients are welcome on Fridays from 8 AM to 12 PM, and Friday afternoons (1 PM to 5 PM) are available by appointment only.

Dr. Daniel Hill, DC
Background
Dr. Daniel Hill hails from Madison, Wisconsin. His first passion was aviation, but his career path changed after he sustained a fractured neck while playing college ice hockey. Through chiropractic care, Dr. Hill found complete relief and a renewed sense of purpose, inspiring him to pursue a natural, drug-free career in Chiropractic.
Education & Training
Dr. Hill earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1989. Shortly after graduation, he moved to Colorado, drawn by its active and health-conscious community. He practiced privately for more than 20 years before transitioning into an integrative medicine practice, where he focuses on regenerative medicine and whole-body wellness.
He has completed extensive post-graduate training in lumbar spine pathology, radiology, and extremity care, and is a certified extremity practitioner skilled in Diversified, Activator, and Thompson Drop techniques.
Professional Experience
Dr. Hill served as the official team chiropractor for the World Champion Denver Broncos during the 1998–1999 season. Over his decades of practice, he has developed a reputation for blending traditional chiropractic care with modern regenerative and wellness therapies.
Relocation to South Carolina
In 2023, Dr. Hill and his family relocated to Upstate South Carolina, where he continues to share his passion for chiropractic and regenerative care. His move to the Upstate reflects his love of community, outdoor living, and helping people improve their quality of life through comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Philosophy of Care
A lifelong learner, Dr. Hill believes that education, movement, and proactive care are the cornerstones of long-term health. He emphasizes the importance of regular chiropractic care, nutrition, exercise, and individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique goals.
Outside the Clinic
When not caring for patients, Dr. Hill enjoys motorcycling, playing ice hockey, aviation, and spending time with his family, fully embracing the outdoor lifestyle that first drew him to Colorado and now to South Carolina.
