Classes for babies ages 8 weeks to pre-crawling
Wednesdays: May 8, 15, 22, 29, from 12-12:45 PM
Benefits of baby yoga and what to expect
Each week parents will do a breathing and stretching exercise. We will do a sequence of movements with your baby and repeat the breathing and stretching
