I am a licensed massage therapist who graduated with honors from CT Center for Massage Therapy (CCMT) in 2013. I believe in the healing power of massage and with a last name like Melody, music was and is a huge part of my life! I believe music and sounds can be healing as well so I encourage my clients to choose music that they like from my library or bring their own to include in our sessions. As well as choosing your music and other aspects of the session such as room temperature, lighting, length of session, pressure, etc.,I will customize it to include any/all of the modalities that I practice based on your individual needs and health/wellness goals.
