This is functional fitness (at 70+ years young.)
Getting up from the floor is a life skill. It requires lower body strength, hip mobility, balance, and flexibility, all things that start to disappear when we stop training them.
If you're only training muscles and not movements, you're training for the gym, and not real life.

As I step into 2026, I’m thanking everyone who took the time to send birthday wishes, your messages truly meant a lot. 🤗

2025 taught me how to listen- to my body, to when it’s time to rest, and to when it’s time to protect my peace.

It taught me acceptance, that not everything needs fixing. Some things need honoring, and some things need releasing.

It taught me gratitude for the lessons, the blessings, for the people who showed up with love, and for the clarity that comes from keeping my circle supportive, honest, and toxic-free.

Here’s to living with intention and walking into the next chapter with clarity.
