Our office is officially permanently closed and moved from Penn Avenue. It was a sad day but we are excited to continue to serve our patients going forward at 2701 Shillington Road as Spring township Family Practice. The office is beautiful and we hope all of our patients will love it. See you over there!

‼️ Our office will be closed a few days this month due to training and moving.

‼️ Wednesday 3/13/2024 our office will be closed for training and transitions to St. Luke’s.

‼️ Wednesday 3/27/2024 our office will be open until 12:00 pm. This is the last day we will physically be in office until we open April 1st at the new practice due to moving. (12pm 3/27 until 8am 4/1 we will be CLOSED)

🔔 Dr. Manubay will still be taking calls over the answering service for emergencies until the office physically opens again. 📞

‼️ We are excited to announce that we are joining St. Luke’s University Health Network effective April 1, 2024. At that time, the office will be moving to 2701 Shillington Rd., Suite 200 in Reading under the new name of St. Luke’s Spring Township Primary Care and phone number of 484-658-6500. Your previously scheduled office appointments will occur as scheduled. For appointments beginning April 1, 2024, we ask that you please arrive at the new location 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.” ‼️

We are thankful for all of you and your patience while we have transitioned. If you have not already you will receive a letter in the mail regarding this within the next few days. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you have.
