💜 April is Sexual Assault Prevention Month 💜

Sexual assault affects people of every age, background, and community — and prevention starts with awareness, education, and support. This month, we stand with survivors and work to build a safer, more informed community for everyone.

What prevention looks like:
🌟 Understanding consent — it must be clear, freely given, and ongoing
🌟 Challenging harmful attitudes and behaviors
🌟 Supporting healthy communication and boundaries
🌟 Looking out for one another and speaking up when something feels wrong

What support looks like:
💙 Believing survivors
💙 Offering compassion without judgment
💙 Connecting people to safe, confidential resources
💙 Encouraging healing at their own pace

Our Family Planning Team is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and confidential space for anyone seeking care. You deserve to feel safe in your relationships, in your community, and in your body.

Together, we can create a culture where respect is the norm and safety is shared by all.

🎗️ April is Testicular Cancer Awareness Month 🎗️

Testicular cancer is the most common cancer in young men — but when it’s found early, it’s highly treatable. Awareness, education, and regular self checks make a real difference.

Know the signs:
🔹 A lump or swelling in a testicle
🔹 A feeling of heaviness in the sc***um
🔹 Dull aches in the lower abdomen or groin
🔹 Changes in size or shape

Early detection starts with simple habits:
🌟 Perform monthly self exams
🌟 Pay attention to changes in your body
🌟 Talk with a healthcare provider if something feels off
🌟 Encourage the men and teens in your life to stay informed

Our Family Planning Team is here to support reproductive health for everyone in our community. If you have questions or concerns, we offer confidential, judgment free care and education.

Let’s work together to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and promote early detection. Your health matters.

💛 Endometriosis Awareness 💛

Today, your Family Planning Team is standing with the millions of people affected by endometriosis — a condition that can cause chronic pelvic pain, heavy periods, fatigue, and fertility challenges.

Endometriosis is common, but it’s often misunderstood or overlooked. Many people spend years searching for answers, and no one should have to navigate that journey alone.

✨ What we want you to know:
• Severe period pain is not something you just have to “push through”
• Endometriosis can affect anyone with a uterus
• Early evaluation and management can improve quality of life
• Your pain and your experiences are real — and they matter
• Support, information, and compassionate care are available

If you’re experiencing symptoms or have questions about your reproductive health, our clinic is here with confidential, judgment free support. You deserve to be heard, believed, and cared for.

Raising awareness helps bring earlier diagnoses, better treatment, and more understanding.
