At Sioux Center Chiropractic, care is always a team effort — and today we’re highlighting Emma, our new rehab specialist, as she receives her first-ever adjustment with Dr. Tiffany!

Emma plays a key role in helping patients rebuild strength, stability, and confidence through guided rehabilitation. Pairing that with chiropractic care allows us to support the body from every angle — movement, mobility, and long-term function.

Seeing her experience both sides of care reinforces what we believe every day: recovery works best when rehab and chiropractic work together.

We’re excited to have Emma on our team and can’t wait to see her continue to learn and grow in serving our patients!

We are excited for Eli and his wife Adrienne as they embark on their next adventure in Des Moines! They are looking forward to being closer to family as they welcome their first baby this Fall.

Although we are sad to see Eli go, we are so thankful for the many ways he has served our community and helped to develop the Rehab side of care at Sioux Center Chiropractic.

As a rehab specialist, he’s helped countless people move better, regain strength, recover with confidence, and get back to doing the things they love most.

What makes Eli truly special is his way of making people feel seen, encouraged, and capable — even on the hard days. He’s celebrated wins with our patients, supported them through setbacks, and consistently reminded people that progress is possible.

His positivity, consistency, and heart for helping others have made a lasting impact on our clinic and the people who walk through our doors every day. We are so thankful for the years, energy, and care he poured into Sioux Center Chiropractic. May God bless your next adventure! 💚

Ankle sprain recovery isn’t just about waiting for the pain to go away — it’s about restoring strength, stability, mobility, and confidence in movement. 👣

Weeks 1–4 after an ankle sprain are critical for proper healing. At Sioux Center Chiropractic, we combine chiropractic care with guided rehabilitation by our athletic trainer, Sidney, to help patients recover more completely. While chiropractic care helps restore joint motion and function, rehab focuses on rebuilding strength, balance, stability, and proper movement patterns.

The goal isn’t just feeling better temporarily — it’s helping your body heal well so you can move confidently again. 💪

If you’ve had a recent ankle injury or have nagging ankle pain, give our office a call. We’d love to guide you back to healing and full recovery!

You’ve probably been doing what most people do—resting your hip, modifying activity, maybe stretching it here and there—hoping it will eventually settle down.

But if the pain keeps coming back, that usually means there’s an underlying issue still being missed.

Hip pain isn’t always just a “hip problem.” More often, it’s related to how the hip is functioning with the low back and pelvis. When there’s reduced joint mobility, muscle imbalance, or compensatory movement patterns, the area can become irritated again with everyday activities like walking, sitting, or exercise.

At Sioux Center Chiropractic, we focus on identifying what’s driving those patterns—not just where you feel the pain. That includes assessing joint motion, muscle tension, and how your body is moving as a whole so we can address the root cause more effectively.

The goal isn’t just short-term relief, but improving how the hip and surrounding areas function so symptoms are less likely to keep returning.

If your hip pain keeps flaring up, a more complete evaluation can help determine what’s actually contributing to it.
