Celebrate!!! Tuesday night with Jackie returns tomorrow night. Our next 4 week series begins, alongside of Saturday’s at 8:30 am which also begins this weekend! There is still room to register for the whole 4 weeks or Drop-Ins welcome anytime! 💫

March Yoga Series with Jackie!

Tuesdays continue and Saturdays return for this month! Begins next week. Register for both series and receive a discount. 🙌🏼 Details below.
The intention is to release and receive through joy and curiosity as we move, play and enjoy the practice together. These yoga series will be themed and sequenced progressively and will be open to all levels. If you have questions, feel free to email me at jaclynpaulson@gmail.com. See you on the mat, yogis. We won't even skip a beat.
DETAILS:
Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30 PM
BEGINS March 3rd for four weeks
$40 for Saturday Series
$65 for both Tuesdays + Saturdays
$15 to Drop In any time
**will need at least 15 students registered for the series to hold it.

“The most recent "Goddess Sessions" just came to a close on Sunday. Several themes unfolded in our time together; but one in particular continues to come up in my work with others; Love.... To Fall into Love requires a willingness to surrender. To release the grip of control and risk opening ourselves up to the possibility of what might come - for better or for worse. Particularly in times of conflict and difficulty when we would rather protect ourselves and turn away from another or even the painful parts of ourselves, requires a conscious willingness soften our bodies, minds and hearts to what is possible in that moment.”
