I want to take a moment to share an important update regarding Bare’s cancellation, reschedule, and no-show policy.

I truly understand that life happens… schedules change, kids get sick, and unexpected things come up. I always try to be as understanding as possible. At the same time, I also have to take care of myself, my family, and my business.

Bare is not a 9–5, hourly-paid position. When an appointment is canceled or rescheduled last minute, or no-showed, that time cannot be refilled , and that is income directly taken from my business and my household. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you 🤍

Effective January 2026, Bare will require a 48-hour notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Appointments canceled, rescheduled within 48 hours, or no-showed will be charged 100% of the service fee. This policy applies to all services.

This change allows me the opportunity to offer that time to another client and continue providing the level of care, availability, and consistency you expect from Bare.

Bare will also be transitioning to a new booking system in 2026, which will help streamline scheduling and ensure policies are applied consistently and fairly. Once the new booking system is live, I’ll share the booking link so everyone can easily review the updated policies and book moving forward.

Full policy details will always be available on the Bare website under FAQ’s.

I am incredibly grateful for those of you who respect my time and continue to support my small business , it truly means more than you know 🫶🏼
