Want your practice to be the top-listed Clinic?
Back to Vitality offers a new professional service at The Whole-Soul Coop. Michael Reeves, a Certified Practitioner of Reposturing Dynamics offers this advanced approach at personal restoration and maintenance.
Reposturing Dynamics is a system of soft tissue manipulation designed to restore balance to the body and restore vitality. This powerfully effective method naturally improves posture, reduces or eliminates chronic pain, improves athletic performance, and reduces risk for personal injury.
By observing the posture we can discern tension patterns along connective tissue lines which pull the body out of balance and then create a constellation of symptoms. Through facilitating designed stretches along these lines in the body’s intended range of motion, aided by an applied breathing technique, and gentle but effective exercises to strengthen those muscles needed to balance and maintain your posture.
My name is Michael Reeves. I am originally from the East San Francisco Bay Area, but relocated to Iowa 3 years ago to be closer to my family and expand my reposturing practice. I am a big supporter of family and community, as well as a long-time health advocate, and devote much of myself to learning and practicing a healthy lifestyle. In my spare time, I enjoy classic literature, writing, cooking, and exercising. I have also been a Chief Instructor in Kajukenbo, a martial arts practice combining karate, judo, Kempo Karate, and boxing.
