Always remember to breathe. Taking deep breathes can help you get through your day whether it's stress, anxiety, being overwhelmed or even sometimes being in any kind of pain. I tell me clients to breathe from the lower belly when working through a bit of a difficult area. Taking that time to focus and relax help immensely. Hopefully this little tidbit can help someone today, tomorrow, and all of the following days.

Massage has been around a long time, especially for medical care. One day, I am hoping it will be taken as a medical remedy to try first before surgery, pills, and injections. Here's to a more holistic way of approaching our health with long term benefits.
