In 2018, I stopped drinking and started seeing a mental health therapist weekly, and my life changed.
I became aware that I had low self-esteem and the feeling of no self-worth. I came across this video (which I saved). I felt like not only did I hear phrases like, "You're too emotional, you talk too loud, fat, lazy, and you will end up in prison someday," from society; and subconsciously I started to believe what was being said about me rather, I believed it in the beginning or not.
I became the phases.
Lisa Nichols' words inspired me to believe in myself, no matter what others believed. I have watched this video 100+ times and will keep watching it. I want to share this with you in hopes it will help you like it helped me.
