Today, Northern Hills hosted a blood pressure clinic at Sunnybrook Community Church, and it was great to see everyone taking a proactive step toward wellness. Whether it’s managing a chronic condition or just staying on top of your numbers, these check-ins make a world of difference.

We’re looking back at a wonderful week of celebrating the heart and soul of Heritage at Northern Hills. Between handing out Valentine’s Day goodies to our amazing staff and hosting our National Caregiver Day pasta bar, our hearts (and stomachs!) are full.

Caregiving is more than just a job; it’s a calling. We are so grateful for the dedicated team and family caregivers who provide such vital support and compassion to those in need every single day.

Huge thanks to Floyd Senior Living for hosting such a fantastic Meet & Mingle last night at Pub 52 !

It was the perfect way to cap off our Valentine’s celebrations. I loved the chance to mingle and make connections with so many talented people in our local healthcare and senior living community.

The Heritage at Northern Hills team had a blast for our Valentine's Day Blitz! We hit the road to drop off some sweet treats and say a huge "Thank You" to the incredible people who keep our community running.

From our first responders at the Fire and Police Departments to the dedicated healthcare teams at MercyOne, Unity Point, and Aveanna—we appreciate everything you do! It was also wonderful catching up with our friends at the Senior Center, Connections on Aging, St. Croix, and Hospice of the Midwest.

Huge thanks to Nissan, Christy, Rhonda, Teran, Kelli, Allexa, and Brittany for making this happen. Community is everything!

We had a festive week celebrating Valetines Day from crafts to parties 🥳
