Membership Number:
ABO has changed how they issue course credit. To receive credit, you will need:
-The ABO-NCLE App on your phone
or
-A printed copy of your barcode from your ABO account
or
-Your ABO certification number (found on the ABO website).

Important:
-We will not be giving out the blue CE forms.
-You must be scanned in to verify attendance.
-Make sure your information is ready to ensure you get credit for the class.

We’re excited to see you this weekend for OAI Game Day in Des Moines!

Weather Update:
It’s shaping up to be a nice spring day, expect temperatures in the 50s–60s with a mix of sun and clouds. A light jacket is a good idea, especially for the morning.

Important Reminder:
-Please have your membership number ready at check-in
We strongly encourage you to download the ABO-NCLE app in advance for easy access to your credentials
-There is still time to register for Game Day! Please be sure to renew/update your 2026 membership first before registering

Reminder for Game Day:
-Dress in your favorite jersey or game day attire 🏀
-Doors open at 8:20 AM
-Come ready to learn, connect, and have some fun!

Things to Do This Weekend:
-If you’re arriving early or staying after, here are a few fun options around town:
-Monster Jam (Sat–Sun) – A high-energy show at Casey’s Center featuring massive trucks and big stunts
-Mini Maker Faire (Saturday) – Hosted at the Science Center of Iowa with hands-on exhibits and creative displays
-Bohemian Arts Festival (Fri–Sun) – Local artists, handmade goods, and shopping at Merle Hay Mall

OAI Game Day is coming up! Registration is now open for the 2026 Membership and Spring Conference. Sign up at oaiowa.org and join us for a fun and engaging day of classes, games, and prizes. Don’t forget to wear your favorite jersey or game day outfit and meet us at the Des Moines Izaak Walton League on April 11, 2026!

Please note: You must renew your 2026 membership before registering for this event. Kindly complete your membership renewal first, and then proceed with conference registration.

We also want to share a quick update to the day’s schedule. We’ve added an exciting new speaker and made adjustments to two of the class sessions. Be sure to review the updated agenda prior to the event so you don’t miss anything.

To ensure a smooth check-in and CE process, please come prepared with your ABO member number. You may bring your ABO card or access your number through the ABO NCLE app.
