Every month I teach a Breathwork Class at Evolve Yoga. If you’re looking for a space to grow, heal, and find community… then Evolve is for you! During a Breathwork class we explore the depths of our mind by tapping into the subtle subconscious mind. By harnessing the power of your breath you’ll regain a connection to your physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual self. We finish the breathwork journey with a gentle integration practice!

And so it begins…

I woke up this day and felt SO GRATEFUL for the faith, of what’s to come for me and my family
-
You don’t see it yet, but this is abundance— so grow my own food is a remembering for me. I’m tending my actual garden, while remembering to tend my own garden (my body).
-
When I wake early to check on my plants I get to meet my friends of the garden, the birds, bees, butterflies (saw my first one today!), and snakes.
-
I’m not taking my life for granted. I love living it, right now!

Spring is on its way! My seeds arrived in the mail and I'm so ready to get planting 🌱

The transition of seasons plays an important role (winter -> spring), while we see externally that change is coming -- there's also change within. Did you know we are by far more ENERGY than we are matter? Planting "seeds" within your own mind of what you want to create this season will bring more success than pushing/forcing things to happen with action.

We do this each time we show up to breathwork... we work within the subconscious mind to create the life we want. By first relaxing the body and overcoming the mind. When you transcend you are more able to tap into the energy of life, the foundation of our Being.

This month is about vision, as we enter out of slumber (winter) let's relax into ourselves before we take action. This way, when it is time to take action we can do so with ease.

Working with me will involve a whole-body approach. This means that we will assess what is working and what is not, create habits that will stick, and find a lifestyle that supports the vision for a new you.

Beyond the science-backed benefits of a breathwork practice, these in-depth classes are creating a space to experience a connection to consciousness. When we speak of consciousness -- it's the finest level of life, where creation lies, some call it God, Source, Divine Intelligence, Higher Power, etc. Do you have a spiritual practice? Do you make time to build a relationship with Source? If you'd like an alternative way to feel real-ease and that connection, come to this class on Sunday. Those who have experienced it would agree, it's amazing!
