Yesterday evening, Rosecrance Jackson was proud to join over 40 local organizations at the second annual Mental Health and Wellness Expo, hosted by the Siouxland Chamber of Commerce at the Sioux City Convention Center. The event focused on raising awareness of the many health and mental wellness resources available in our community while working to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health. It was an inspiring evening of connection, education, and support! 💚

On Wednesday, we celebrated the knowledge, experience, skills, compassion, and strength of our RJC nursing team. Part of this was focusing on self-care and team building. Healthcare providers have to take care of themselves to be able to give so much energy to others. Please let our nursing team and any nurse you know this week how much you appreciate them!

The American National Nurses Association's theme this year is "The Power of Nurses," honoring the incredible nurses who embody the spirit of compassion and care in every healthcare setting, including here at Rosecrance.
