From the first tones dropping to the final patient handoff, every call is a reminder that none of us do this job alone. Whether arriving by air or by road, it takes trust, communication, skill, and dedication to give patients the best chance on their worst days.

Thank you to the medics, EMTs, nurses, pilots, dispatchers, firefighters, and first responders who answer the call day and night β€” often without recognition, but always with heart.

Stay safe out there. Happy EMS week!

Important notice to our passengers, our blue aircraft, Ole Irene, is temporarily out of service for scheduled maintenance. However, should you notice us flying with Lightning McQueen, featuring 20-inch dubs, please be advised that the same flight crew is still on board. Having a spare aircraft allows us to prioritize routine maintenance without impacting our service schedule. Safety remains the primary concern for our crew and maintenance personnel.

Did you know by having a good ground contact speeds up the landing process for most 🚁 programs? A ground contact helps identifying hazards and ensuring public safety which allows for the flight crew to make more informed decisions. Be sure to reach out to us for any landing zone trainings you would like schedule! (P.s. we like spring time to show our aircraft off). Until next time, keep taking care of your neighbors and call us for any critical care / time sensative transport needs!
