Gratitude is an act of alignment. When we choose gratitude—even in difficulty—we shift out of fear and collapse, and into relationship with Spirit. Gratitude opens the heart, clears stagnation, and calls in helping spirits because it signals that we are willing to participate in life with awareness.
These practices invite us back into the body, into clarity, and into connection with what truly sustains us. Through slow, mindful movement and spacious reflection, you’ll unwind accumulated tension, clear emotional residue, and create a foundation of inner steadiness for the weeks ahead.
