Your mental health matters 💚🧠

Taking care of your mental health is self-care, not selfish. Just as you’d tend to a physical injury, give your mind the attention it deserves. Support, understanding, and action go a long way in building stronger, healthier lives for yourself and others.

Let’s normalize the conversation. Speak up. Seek help. Offer kindness. Together, we can create a world where prioritizing mental health is second nature. 💚

We are proud to share this incredible story highlighted by KTIV. đź’š

Ricardo Osorio, a Siouxland native, former combat medic, and dedicated mental health provider, is now South Sioux City’s first bilingual psychiatric nurse practitioner. 🌎🧠 By providing care in both Spanish and English, Ricardo is helping remove barriers and expand access to mental health services for our community.

His journey reflects service, compassion, and a deep commitment to meeting people where they are. Thank you, KTIV, for sharing this important milestone. 👏✨

We are incredibly grateful for this generous donation of care bags for individuals experiencing homelessness in our community.

Each bag is thoughtfully filled with essential items like food, water, hygiene supplies, warmth items, and first aid basics, small things that can make a meaningful difference during difficult moments.

Acts of kindness like this remind us that mental health care extends beyond our clinic walls. When basic needs are met, dignity is restored, and people are better supported on their path toward stability and wellness.

Thank you to those who made this possible. Your compassion is felt, and your impact matters.

Strengthening minds. Healing communities.
