And I just want to say thank you—to you.

Whether you’ve been coming to me for years or just recently found your way here, you’ve truly been the heartbeat of my practice. Your trust, and your support means more than I can ever fully put into words.

Because of you, I get to do what I love every single day. And that’s something I never take for granted.

Please, the next time you get a massage and you feel yourself falling asleep, don't fight it. Let yourself indulge. Yes, we know you want to enjoy and you don't want to miss it. But listen to your body. You probably need the sleep.

Don't be sorry if you wake yourself up because you were snoring, (It's music to your therapist's ears). In fact we take it as a compliment that you have trusted us so much that you allowed us to work on you while you are in complete Zen...🌿

If you want to stay awake during your massage that's perfect too. But you absolutely deserve to rest, and a massage might be the best time to do it.

Next time you get a massage, I hope you can relax so much, you snore...🌿
