$125.00/hr blended rate ($4,500/week gross for 36 hours, $5,820/week gross for 48 hours)
$30.00/hr for housing, $15.00/hr for M&I
$165.00/hr OT rate
$500 travel expense
$1,000 completion bonus
13 weeks, ASAP starts, 12 hour evenings/nights, 36 or 48 hours/week guaranteed
Must have:
2+years of ICU experience
Indiana or Compact RN license
BLS, ACLS (AHA)
Willing to float
