If you’re dealing with heel pain, arch tightness, or soreness after long days on your feet, here’s what can help:
✅ Foot strengthening exercises (like towel scrunches & toe raises)
✅ Calf stretches to reduce strain on the plantar fascia
✅ Ankle mobility work to improve overall mechanics
✅ Proper footwear with good arch support & shock absorption
Your feet are your foundation — if they’re off, everything above can feel it.

If you struggle with low back pain, learning a posterior pelvic tilt might be a game changer 🙌
When your pelvis tips forward (anterior tilt), it increases the arch in your lower back and compresses the lumbar spine. A posterior pelvic tilt gently flattens that arch, engages your deep core, and takes pressure off the joints and discs.
