People seek counseling for a variety of reasons. Maybe you are experiencing a big life change such as birth of a child, marriage, divorce, or career shift. Then there are the more tender topics of mental illness, trauma, abuse, grief, and dying. The fact of the matter is, I've worked with all of the above. My main approach is solution-focused and using cognitive behavioral therapy.
