As humans, we long for connection. For love. It is one of our basic needs in life.

That’s why it is important to handle yourself with care when you experience these emotions. Treat yourself with unconditional love and patience. You are, in fact, a human being.

However, it is your responsibly to build emotional stability and self confidence in order to share a healthy, fullfilling relationship. One that is built on trust, respect and open communication.

Inevitably, the fear will need to be dealt with so you aren’t constantly projecting your fears on your partner, expecting them to fix it or walk on eggs shells to avoid it.

That is your job. But, do it in a loving, compassionate way.
