🥈Second place in the Men’s category goes to Tyler Johnson. 🎉🤩

Tyler has been making changes by leaps and bounds! He continues to work hard to reach his goals and each scan gets him even closer! Tyler has been really impressive with the changes he has been able to make.

In February we partnered with Feeding South Dakota to help transform our community. For each pound of fat burned and muscle gained, we donated a dollar to Feeding South Dakota!

Ashley is our 1st place InBody Challenge winner in female division!🎉

Ashley has been coming in weekly for some time now and is one of the most consistent with making progress. 🤩
She has been very dedicated to making changes and it has been a pleasure to watch her achieve them! 💪

In fact, both her and her husband Brian (who placed 5th in the Men’s category!) have done a great job!😍
