We get this one all the time - and the answer is 𝗑𝗒, mama! You don't have to wait until after birth to start pelvic floor therapy. In fact, pregnancy is one of the best times to begin πŸ’›

Even if you're not dealing with symptoms like leaking, urinary urgency, or pelvic pressure, your body is changing in big ways. Pelvic floor therapy during pregnancy can help you feel more supported, strong, and confident as you move through each stage.

Here's what we often work on with our expecting mamas:
βœ… Assessing posture and strength as your body shifts
βœ… Supporting mobility and comfort in daily movement
βœ… Gentle pelvic floor release and relaxation
βœ… Breath work for core and pelvic connection
βœ… Perineal massage education
βœ… Pushing prep and labor position guidance

These sessions aren't just about fixing problems - they're about preparing your body, calming your mind, and helping you feel connected to your changing self.

If you're pregnant and wondering how pelvic floor therapy can support you, we'd love to help you feel your best through every trimester (and beyond) πŸ’•

Reach out or book a visit - your future self will thank you!

A wise woman once said, or says all of the time, "Adulthood is made up." -

There are no rules on how you have to live your life...I mean some rules to keep us safe and whatnot, but everything else is just made up!

If you make different parenting decisions than your family or friends, it doesn't mean you are doing it wrong; it means that you are doing what works for your family.

I love postpartum planning with families and giving them options they didn't even know existed. 🧑

Adulthood is made up; do what works best for your family!🧑🧑🧑
