For over a decade, I have held space for families and individuals going through some of the toughest times in their lives.
This is what I do.
I am skilled at holding space, being supportive, and helping you find the support you need.
I know that it takes more than just me to support you. I am just there for a short time, so it is important to me that I connect you with continued support; whether that's other professionals, support groups, parenting groups, or even back to support you already have in your life. I can support you in asking for the support you need.
