You do not need to be a perfect mom because you won't be.

Your baby needs your love, connection, and attention.

They need your unique qualities as their mom.

Your willingness to ask for forgiveness will show your children that people are not perfect, but they are trying their best to do what is right.

This is not a post about weight-loss.

I get so frustrated when everything for postpartum is about weight-loss.

This is about consistently moving your body.

Regular exercise can really help improve mood.

IF this is something you want to work on, I highly recommend you move your body in a way that you enjoy, and that is easily accessible for you! That will make it easier for you to be consistent!
