This is not a post about weight-loss.
I get so frustrated when everything for postpartum is about weight-loss.
This is about consistently moving your body.
Regular exercise can really help improve mood.
IF this is something you want to work on, I highly recommend you move your body in a way that you enjoy, and that is easily accessible for you! That will make it easier for you to be consistent!
