My journey to find real solutions started over 20 years ago with my own children’s health. I was blessed to have found a Naturopathic Doctor who helped me find the root causes and repair the damages that had been done. I was then able to work side by side with him in his clinic for many years. The knowledge that he shared with me I want to pass along and share with you. My desire is to help others learn about their own health and how to improve it by building back solid foundations in mind, body and spirit.
