It's not a secret.

If you've been close enough to me over the coarse of the last 3 years.

I've been on a journey of healing my nervous system. To do this I had to walk away from everything that was familiar to me.

I've been away from communities and connections that helped me find my path.

I haven't had an alter up nor have I a done a grid for myself in the last 3 years.

I had to focus on being human. Healing and collecting the wisdom from the lessons.

Im not done healing because we never truly are.

This energy I've been in however is ending.

I had to detach and connect with my own energy.

From that I rise as I always have.

Thank you for your support & your understanding as I've been doing things at my own pace without the presure to perform or stay "relevant".

Im not making any promises nor making a declaration of any kind.

Im just letting you all know 😌 the stagnant energy is lifting 🫴 and im greatful for all of you.

We live in a world of hurt.

And when hurt people hurt people,
it moves like dominoes.
It ripples outward.
One wound touching another.

We’ve all been hurt.
We’ve all been broken in some way.

Maybe we can’t always put the pieces back exactly how they were.
But we can work on ourselves.

We can soften the sharp edges.
We can heal enough that our broken parts don’t cut the people around us.

Healing isn’t about pretending we’re whole.
It’s about choosing not to pass the pain forward.

Holy crap!!!!

I've been doing human things.

Go home, go to work, wash rinse ,repeat for a little bit now.

Haven't really been tapping into the collective energy I've just been minding my own buisness... till this week. 🧨

Last 3 days I haven't slept and my mild anxiety had been not so mild. Normally I go weeks and months without taking anything for it.

Then yesterday laying in bed a post was brought to my attention. Turns out im not the only one.

If your struggling right now we have a stellium in ♒️ Aquarius that's an air sign my friends. That's lots of mental energy right there. We alos have a leo ♌️ full moon coming in on Saturday and that is the pre curser to the upcoming drum roll🥁.... eclipse season!

Also thease are the ladt two weeks till the Chinese new year and the nodes switching in July. 🎎🐎

We are starting new and rapping up the old while shedding the last with the snake 🐍.... add a sprinkle of Aquarius ♒️ and you have some toss and turns in bed 🛌 along with some anxiety. 🥹 Also the state of the collective with all the usual political plot twists and antics.
