This month we are focusing on the Heart. A deep dive for sure. One to hold your heart with a soft hug. The Leo Full Moon illuminates those parts of your inner child wounding and heart aches that have been repressed.

Blessings of the heart activations of this week.

Each year we are given a full moon in Leo around Valentines Day. Leo ruled under the Sun represent the HEART of the child. A time for us to simply be joyous in the being of human.

Love is the essence of who we are, all of life.

This surpasses relationships but rather a romanticizing of life itself.

The medicine of cacao has been my truest plant ally. She is a potent heart activator. She sends codes throughout the blood stream of where to regenerate stem cells, opening the pathways.

I have found a restoration and deeper knowing of love for myself, life, and all that is.

New Moons bring space for the new to grow. It's where we plant the seeds the culminate up until the full moon - amongst 6 months 12 months + cycles of manifesting.

Highlighting the Aquarian energies we will be looking at a lot of opportunity for growth in the areas of community, self liberation, future goals, while needing to know how to flow between solitude and relationships. We will receive clarity on where to pull out our energies and where to redirect - we must always start with thy self. Aquarius ruled by Uranus; is the rebellion, liberator, visionary, authentic, pioneer of advance humanitarian ways that truly support the collective.

Blessed the first Winter Portal❄️

Each week a new theme, a new movement, a new plants ally.

❄️Winter Portal - Wednesdays Guided Movement🌀

Every Wednesday starting January 22 until the Spring Equinox (March) there will be a container held in safe space for expression. In which each week there will be a facilitating practioner guiding us through various ways of embodied movement types.

The intention of these containers is to allow a safe (and cozy) space for one to explore body autonomy and soul expression through movement. A creative space to learn some new moves and teachings to open your body, mind, and soul to the alchemy of movement medicine.

Each experience will have a one of a kind curated elixir to elevate the experience that will aid in the body feeling open to express. A combination of the intended class theme, blended with astro-herbalism that will formulate a concoction that is not only nourishing and revitalizing but also allows the body to better assimilate with the current astrological transits.

The alchemy in which the plants connect us to the celestial light immerses the body, mind, emotions, heart, and soul with the Earth, that which the body recognizes as safe to express its full capacity of soul embodiment.

🥗Food As Medicine🥗

A practice in which one alchemizes with the nourishment provided by Mother Earth.

It's never been more simple than the saying "You are what you eat."

I come from the Midwest deep in the typical "American Diet" poisoned, processed, fast produced, chemical ridden, and no nutritional value "food". Nearly a decade ago, I made a change and was a strict vegan for 5 years in which I dove into many types of Food As Medicine practices; including Ayurveda, detoxing protocols, super foods, herbs, and deeper studies in food intolerances.

I became a self-taught kitchen alchemist in which I found a deep love for find nourishing meals to cleanse, heal, and vutalize my vessel.

This passion evolved around the same time I became a permaculturist Gardener with local farmers in the area. I was making farm to table meals, canning (ALOT), making tinctures, and so much more. Harvest season is my fav of course!

Fast forward to today, I've found myself in the kitchen time and time again helping with events to now having my own Food As Medicine Bar and cheffing business. It's been such a fun and deep diving experience.

🌠2025 is bringing major changes for us all!

As far as this businesss, the cheffing aspect will be dissolving for something greater to evolve.

You can check my last Food As Medicine Bar (for now) tomorrow night at the new HumanKind Center in Sedona for Meditaton Monday 5pm -6pm, we will also be having a DJ dance party until 11pm.

Meditational Medicine Welcoming 2025!💫

These meditations are created to aid you in calibrating with the current celestial transits. Where you can embody the energies through a visual practice giving you a practical tool to shift your frequency to aid in aligning with the present cosmic tides.

As a collective, we are culminating a completion of another year. In the Northern Hemisphere, we are becoming closer to Sun, our days becoming longer, and more opportunities to be in the creative and expressive flow.

Currently, the Sun and Moon are in Capricorn, encouraging us to get clear and ground in what we wish to focus on. The Elemental Apothecary🌱

The most practical way to connect with our bodies, the Earth, and Spirit is through NATURE.

A little on my story:

My journey towards body sovereignty, mental stability, and emotional fluidity has its roots in FOOD AS MEDICINE alongside with devoted "church" attendance in which nature's TEMPLES house my soul. I've spent nearly the past decade going from living in complete toxic habits to finding ways to heal my alignments and dis-ease through plants, which has given me a whole body restoration.

This business is rooted in plant allies through products that vitalize the 7 body planes.

Currently the products Earth Star Alchemy offers are formulas I have dialed in for years. Given in order of how they have found there way to me.

1. Restorative Salve was one of my first formulas as my grandma's request because she couldn't find ease with her arthritis and she still continues to use this salve and found it works very well for her.
2. Essential Oil Formulations I have devolped my own intuit technique to dial in custom formulations based on 1:1 consultations most I have found the oils aide in recalibrating the body with current life stressors of anxiety, trauma, depression, and aiding in focus, attentiveness, and productivity.
3. Fire Cider I found during 2o2o an amount of excelleration in clearing pathogens out of the body. This is one of the most oldest formulations that not only clear symptoms but boost the immune system in strength and resilience. I take it daily and have found only a few mild colds in the past 5 years.
4. Flower Essence I learned when I worked for my mentor at an apothecary in the Midwest. Flower Essence work subtly and directly with our emotional and spiritual bodies. Myself and my sister have found taken them and adjusting as needed provided a healing of trauma like the opening of Rose Flower. These are my favorite 1:1 consultations to work with.
5. Aphrodisiac Tincture formulated to bring euphoria and sensuality to ones body and perception this I have found to also be a great nervine and menstrual cramping easier. The formulation is designed one for male and one for womban that aide in reproductive health.

I have helped, worked, lived, and cohosted events at this property for a little over a year now. It's super exciting of all the progress that has been made and we are all excited to share it's near completion end goal.
