Introducing: The Tiny No Challenge ✨

A tiny punch card for practicing tiny boundaries.

Color in a blob every time you practice a small no:
♡ no to the extra responsibility
♡ no to answering immediately
♡ no to plans when you’re exhausted
♡ no to a resturant you don’t want
♡ no to over-explaining

Because self-trust is built in small everyday moments, not just the big dramatic boundaries.

Tiny nos count too. 💛

A theme ive been noticing a lot lately while unpacking where our beliefs come from is how many negative beliefs come from our partners.

Messages about being too sensitive too loud too needy. Messages about not being sensual enough, or pretty enough, or funny enough.

Excuse me, what?!

A good partner is going to want to make you feel so special and amazing because you are. They aren’t going to wepaonize your insecurities or belittle you so they can feel good about themselves or control you more.

You’re amazing. I don’t even know you but I know you’re amazing. You’ve gone through tough stuff. You’re strong. You’re vulnerable. You’re attuned. You’re quirky. You’re enough.

Tag a bestie you want to know is the prize 🏆🏆

How would you describe your family gatherings?

I picked PRESENT as my word of the year thinking it would help me slow down, meditate more, and become more mindful.

Instead, it completely changed my relationships.

This year has involved body scans, burnout, loneliness, cutting bangs during a breakdown, opening up to friends in ways that terrified me, and realizing how often I minimized my own needs to keep functioning.

I wrote about what happened when I stopped bypassing myself and actually started listening to what my body and emotions were trying to tell me.

If you’re the “strong one,” the helper, the high achiever, or someone learning how to take up space emotionally, this one might hit home.

Part 1 is live now 💛

You can be strong and ask for help. You can be the one to figure most stuff out but you don’t always have to do it alone.

You deserve both parts of you to be nurtured. Strong and fierce and resilient. AND soft, supported, vulnerable.

How do you handle these situations?

You’re the one everyone counts on.
The capable one. The thoughtful one. The helper. The high achiever.

But constantly being “the strong one” can come at a cost.

Overthinking. Burnout. Relationship patterns that keep repeating. Feeling emotionally exhausted while still functioning at a high level.

Therapy intensives are designed for people who are ready for deeper work and real movement. Not just surviving week to week.

Instead of stretching healing across months, intensives create intentional space to slow down, get honest, and break patterns that no longer serve you.

This is for the people who are tired of intellectualizing their pain and ready to actually feel different.

You are allowed to put yourself first.
You are allowed to need support too.
And you do not have to earn rest, healing, or care through burnout.

If you’ve been craving quicker, deeper, more focused healing work, therapy intensives may be a good fit. 💛

Because it’s tacky to send them the video directly or to tag them and most people are too spacey to realize passive aggressive shares in stories might be about them.

What other videos would we send our loved ones that we wish they’d see?!

Okay okay… I know. It’s been a hot minute since one of the book reviews!

But Shelf-Care with Alicia is BACK and I’m coming in a little spicy.

Just dropped a new YouTube video where I review Mating in Captivity… and let’s just say, it did not make my favorites list. We’re talking desire in long-term relationships, the pressure to “keep the spark alive,” and some takes that had me raising an eyebrow.

If you’re into honest book reviews, therapist perspectives, and a little sass, this one’s for you.

Would LOVE to hear your thoughts if you’ve read it. Did it land for you or… nah? Have you read her other books?

More videos coming soon. I promise I didn’t disappear forever. I have been reading a lot just not recording so get ready folks!!
