For Erin’s birthday this year Dr. Grace and our intern, Cassie decide to “goose-nap” Erin’s porch goose, Fern, over lunch and give her an outfit change 🙂 we also managed to find 80 mini geese on Amazon to proudly display over Erin’s workspace. Please enjoy the saga of events 🤣

Treat(ment) Tuesday!

Over the coming weeks, we will be highlighting a few of the treatment methods we utilize here at Harvey Family Chiropractic & Wellness. First up: flexion distraction!

Flexion distraction is a protocol that is used for managing lower back complaints and works as a decompression therapy. This protocol uses gentle stretching and flexion of the spine.
Some benefits include:
•Improved range of motion by increasing mobility and flexibility while reducing stiffness and tension
•Can help relieve pressure of bulged disc, acute low back pain as well as help with sciatic nerve pain.
