By far, this is one of my most significant and rewarding transformations to date!
Swipe to see the HEALED results! 🤯😍
When working with this particular client, I chose to use a .30mm 3rl, when typically I would have used a .25mm 3rl.
The reason for the needle selection was a difference in pigment implantation. For this client’s skin type (fairly thin, perfect texture, well moisturizer, in great condition) I knew the pigment was going to deposit really well and there wouldn’t be much, if any, expansion of the individual impressions (hair follicle replication). In cases like this, TYPICALLY a .25mm would have been perfect.
However, I knew this client was going to be a challenge for me to get dark enough. Because of her very light skin and very dark hair, I knew my needle configuration had to be larger to implant more pigment into each impression. I also wasn’t worried about the impressions expanding, so a .30mm was the right choice for her.
I was so pleased with her healed results compared to the before photos. This was a dream client to work with (she is magical) and a dream case study to discuss. ❤️😍😍
