Please check out Owen’s Outfitters ! They’re doing what I’ve done, only better ! They’re currently open on the weekends, so you can drop by and see what they’ve got. Their stock is ever changing as they get more donations. I will slowly donate everything I have at Sealey’s Closet to them, and eventually closing my doors. As a result, I will no longer be accepting donations - please reach out to Owen’s Outfitters if you have anything to donate. If you need help getting stuff to them, though, give me a shout and I’ll help if I can 😀

I do still have my two storage units full of equipment and supplies, so if you need anything, please ask ! It will be a while before it all heads over to Owen’s Outfitters, as they don’t have the space. If you know of any millionaires who would like to help fund them, please let them know ! 😉

Every year the Great Bike Giveaway helps many disabled children, who otherwise wouldn’t be able to ride a bike, get their own specialized wheels ! Three years ago, we were amazed when Nikolai was gifted his own trike, which he loves. He hasn’t ridden it recently, due to the weather and his spine surgery, but hopefully, once he gets the all clear, he’ll be back to riding 🚲.

I haven’t tried to get one for Viktor, until now !! The one we’re hoping for is really cool - it has a seat on the front that he would sit in, with someone else sitting behind on the bike and doing the pedaling. These bikes are very expensive - almost $6,000 !! 😱. However, through the Great Bike Giveaway, only $4,995 would need to be raised.

Although I would love for you to donate, there’s another way he could get a bike - and all it takes is a vote ! Once he gets 50 votes, he would be entered into a drawing with a chance of winning his very own bike 😀😀

I saw this in a local group, and thought it might be nice to do it here. You post below something you need or want, and others, who might have that item, offer it up to you. It does NOT have to be anything medical or special needs/disability related - it can be absolutely anything ! This is a great way of helping others, and repurposing items you no longer need or want ! In this group, you have the added benefit of helping out another family dealing with a child with special needs, or sick or disabled family member, just like you 😀

OR you can post something you would like to give away !

I’ll start - I have this huge cat tree - it’s almost 5 feet tall, and we just don’t have room for it ! It’s barely been used. It does have a little melted wax on the top level, where some candle wax dripped onto it, but other than that it’s in great shape.
