From Candle Light & Midwives to Hospitals & Epidurals, how far we’ve come in childbirth isn’t always easier on the pelvic floor. Can you imagine delivering a baby in a building like this? Talk about hygiene and no *modern/proper* sterilization. How amazing and strong women were (and still are)!

You need coordination, true strength, and true support for your lady bits region. No, not just repping out 12K Kegels and thinking it’s going to last. You wouldn’t train for a marathon like that would you? Repping out bicep curl after bicep curl and hoping it helps your run? That’s silly!!! Same is true for your pelvic floor!
