✨ It’s that time of year again — the season of lofty resolutions and the pressure we put on ourselves to keep them. Too often, we set the bar so high that when we stumble, we end up beating ourselves up instead of celebrating the effort.
This year, let’s flip the script. Start low, go slow. Just three intentional breaths a day.

That’s it.

Pause. Inhale deeply. Exhale softly. Relax into the quiet. Visualize your pelvic floor lengthening, your body releasing tension, your mind finding stillness.
Because sometimes the smallest rituals create the biggest shifts. And in the gentleness of slowing down, we discover strength, balance, and peace. ❄

Ok, you made it through 2025 🤗💪🏼🎉 now it’s time for you to take care of that leak-and we don’t mean in the kitchen. It’s not normal, but it is common for women to put up with incontinence. Pelvic floor muscles are like any other muscle, with dysfunction comes atrophy (weakness) and loss of the intended purpose of those muscles between your legs.

While leaving Costco parking lot at a snail’s pace this month, make it your practice to do diaphragmatic breathing. It will oxygenate your whole body, calm your nervous system and reset your vagus nerve. Intentional efforts have lasting effects!

With a laundry list of things to do this time of the year it’s important to be intentional with your body. Whether it's deep squats whenever you go to the fridge, a cat/cow sequence while wrapping gifts, or calf raises while brushing your teeth...work into your life movement to help prevent that tightness which stresses your body out. We are 10 days from Christmas and by now I would bet at least some wrapping has begun. Is your bottom a little stiff and sore? Who knew sitting, even sloppy sitting, had so much to do with your pelvic floor? Ever have numb legs or bum because you were in a position too long powering through something like stuffing stockings or some other holiday tradition?
