On Day Six of our Week of Gratitude, we salute ALL of the wonderful volunteers that have worked tirelessly to get us where we are.

We had folks join us just because they saw our story in the media and thought our program sounded cool (it is 😎), come along in groups of friends or colleagues (looking at you Kore Cares, DakotAbilities, Health Connect of South Dakota, and Wheelchair Adventures), and even come for the workout! We also have our long-term volunteers who show up even when the weather sucks or the work that day seems dull (inventory management is thrilling for only so long). We salute all of you! You’re the best of the best and we promise to pay it all forward. 💕

Day Four of our Week of Gratitude

Thank you to sammonsfinancialgroup, Helpline Center, and Glory House for bringing such incredible groups of volunteers last week! They replaced carpet, painted walls, washed and scrubbed everything in sight, assembled warehouse shelving, and moved all our inventory and furniture over to our new place. We are so lucky to have an awesome community around us. 🤩

Day Three of our Week of Gratitude

Thank you thank you thank you to Two Men and a Truck, who sent us not two but FOUR men last Monday, to move all that inventory, shelving, and furniture over to our new space. And because they’re awesome, they donated their services for free. Can’t imagine how long it would have taken us to move everything ourselves, so we are so very grateful they stepped in!

Day Two of our Week of Gratitude.

Thank you to POET for their financial support and the incredible group of volunteers who worked so hard for us this past week. We have been able to repaint walls (and that warehouse has A LOT of walls!), buy and install new shelving, and develop a great new check-in & check-out process. Your support has been invaluable and we could not have done this without you!

Now we’ve opened our doors again, it’s time for a Week of Gratitude.

We start with saying a huge thank you to MarketBeat.com, for providing us with financial support during our move. Thanks to them we were able to put down new carpet, purchase painting supplies, and provide our volunteer army with refreshments to keep them going in the hot weather. We’re so grateful you helped make this possible, MarketBeat!

While we are ready to serve you again, please be aware that it takes longer than a week to organize all that inventory. Give us some grace while we continue to work on the warehouse and we promise everything will be in order as soon as possible. You can also volunteer any day this week and get us finished up quicker! 💕
