At 93 years old, Edith knows how to enjoy the good things in life.
Edith, known to family as Dee-Dee, is hardworking, resilient, and always up for a good card game. She spent nearly 35 years as a telephone operator with Northwestern Bell and brings that same steady confidence into her days at Edgewood.
Edith enjoys listening to old crooners and classic country music, staying involved in community activities, and getting to know her neighbors. Apple pie holds a special place in her heart, especially when it’s her sister’s recipe.
Ask Edith what she’s most proud of, and she’ll tell you it’s being 93, healthy, and happy.
