Just wanting to place a message here to inform our community on what Mindful DBT offers as we have many newer members on this site. We offer comprehensive and adherent DBT to teens, adults, parents. Our team was trained intensively through Btech and we are the only group that has been DBT-LINEHAN Board Certified (meaning trained through Marsha Linehan)in our community. We offer groups, structured individual and 24 hr phone coaching along with attending a DBT team 2 hours weekly. Our team of experts are from across the country (Seattle, WA to Atlanta, GA). You don't need to have intense BPD symptoms to benefit from DBT. We are a behavioral based practice and have seen effectiveness with anxiety, unresponsive depression, relationship difficulties, parenting issues, dissociation, addiction and of course we are experts in self harm and su***de to mention a few. We also treat several forms of trauma as we are intensively trained in DBT- PE and PE on its own. Feel free to reach out as we want to support our fellow therapists and our community
