Still think "Chiropractors put bones back into place?"
Yeah, NO.
That's not how it works. Not even close.
The evidence has shown that spinal adjustments is not just a mechanical stimulation to the affected joints, IT'S A NEUROLOGICAL AFFECT TO THE BRAIN.
It's not about "being out of place." Losing joint motion creates altered input to the brain. This can change:
➡️muscle tone
➡️movement patterns
➡️balance
➡️pain perception
➡️protective guarding
➡️ and autonomic responses.
Muscles do not function independently — they are controlled by the nervous system 🧠. Chiropractic care focuses heavily on how spinal joints, movement, and sensory input affect brain-body communication.
✨It's so much deeper than "a bone out of place."✨
Because let's be real, if you're having chronic stress and your nervous system is living in a "fight or flight" state, would soft tissue work be the only option?
➡️➡️ No.
Why?
➡️➡️ Because a nervous system that is dysregulated will NEED neurological input to restore altered muscle tone, pain perception interruptions, muscle guarding, etc.
So, yeah.
Chiropractic is MUCH DEEPER than "cracking bones and putting them in place. "
