✔️ Tips to Avoid Injury While Shoveling

1️⃣ Warm up first
A few minutes of stretching or light movement warms the muscles and reduces strain.

Bend at the knees, keep the shovel close to your body, and avoid twisting while lifting.

3️⃣ Push the snow instead of lifting it
It’s easier on your spine and shoulders.
