One thing I’ve learned over the years working with employers and employees is this:
There’s a big difference between having a mental health benefit available… and employees actually feeling comfortable enough to use it.
Many workplaces technically offer some type of EAP or mental health resource through insurance benefits, and that’s a positive thing. But at Well365, I wanted to build something different. I wanted support to feel:
✔ Human
✔ Accessible
✔ Local
✔ Relational
✔ Proactive
Not just a phone number in a handbook employees may never call. That’s why our team focuses so heavily on real relationships, onsite presence, leadership support, wellness coaching, counseling access, and creating environments where employees feel safe asking for help before they reach a crisis point.
Mental health support should feel personal and NOT not transactional. And honestly, this work matters deeply to me because behind every employee is a real person, a family, a story, and someone trying to hold life together while still showing up to work every day. I’m proud of the model we’ve built at Well365 and the companies who truly want to support their people in meaningful ways.
