If you’ve heard of the Advanced Plan but haven’t tried it yet, it might feel intimidating — especially when it comes to changing your diet and staying consistent.

The good news? There are countless recipes that fit the Advanced Plan that are simple, delicious, and easy to prep ahead of time.

If you’re participating in the Younger Tomorrow Challenge, you may have already tried our Chia & Almond Milk Pudding — a perfect example of how easy (and tasty) this lifestyle can be!!

Chia & Almond Milk Pudding
Ingredients:
🔸 3⁄4 cup chia seeds
🔸 4 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
🔸 2 tsp vanilla extract
🔸 3–4 tbsp of monk fruit

Instructions:
1️⃣ Add almond milk, vanilla, and sweetener to a blender and mix well. With the blender on a very low setting, add chia seeds and mix.
2️⃣ Transfer to a container and stir every 5 minutes for the first 15 minutes, then let sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
3️⃣ Refrigerate and serve chilled with desired toppings.

For the cheese lovers, this Cheesy Queso is a great snack or item to serve at a party. Plus it's loaded with protein!

Chicken Ingredients:
🔸 1-2 Tbsp of olive oil
🔸 1 1⁄2 lbs chicken breast, cut into bite-sized cubes
🔸 1 tsp chili powder
🔸 1 tsp paprika
🔸 1 tsp garlic powder
🔸 1 tsp onion powder
🔸 1 tsp cumin
🔸 1⁄2 tsp oregano
🔸 1⁄2 tsp salt and pepper
Queso Ingredients:
🔸 1 (4 oz) can mild green chiles
🔸 1⁄4 cup heavy cream + more for thinning if needed.
🔸 2 oz cream cheese, softened
🔸 1 1⁄2 cup shredded organic Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack
🔸 1⁄2 cup organic cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions:
1️⃣ Combine all of the chicken spices in a bowl. Add diced chicken. Coat evenly. Sprinkle more spices to taste.
2️⃣ Heat the olive oil in a large skillet to medium heat. Add the cubed chicken to the hot skillet. Brown the chicken 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3️⃣ Reduce the heat to low. Add the green chiles, cream cheese, heavy cream, and shredded cheese in small increments (about 1⁄2 cup at a time). Continuously stir the queso as the cheese melts until all the cheese has been used. Add additional heavy cream or milk until it reaches your preferred consistency.
4️⃣ Add the chicken to the skillet and toss in the queso. Serve immediately, with grain-free chips or tortillas if desired.

Weather in the midwest is unpredictable this time of year. Now we’re back to winter and need to pull out some soup recipes again! Try this easy, full of flavor Coconut Lentil Tomato Soup! 🍅🥣

INGREDIENTS
🥣2 teaspoons coconut oil
🥣2 large garlic cloves, minced
🥣 1 onion, diced
🥣 3 celery stalks, diced
🥣1 teaspoon ground cumin
🥣 ½ teaspoon ground ginger
🥣 2 teaspoons chili powder
🥣 14 oz can organic diced tomatoes
🥣 5–6 cups organic vegetable or chicken broth
🥣 1 cup red lentils, rinsed and drained
🥣 2 handfuls of chopped organic spinach
🥣 ½-1 cup of coconut milk (more if desired)
🥣 sea salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic in oil for about 5–6 minutes over medium heat.
2️⃣ Add in the celery and sauté for a few minutes more. Stir in the cumin, ginger, and chili powder.
3️⃣ Stir in the can of tomatoes (including the juice), broth, and lentils. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and then simmer, uncovered, for about 20–25 minutes, until lentils are tender and fluffy.
4️⃣ Add coconut milk, stir in spinach, and remove from heat
5️⃣ Season to taste (adding more spices, if you wish)

Most chocolate on the market has refined sugar or processed sweeteners, seed oils, artificial flavors, soy lecithin, and highly processed dairy.

This Valentine’s Day, make homemade CHOCOLATE-ALMOND BUTTER CUPS! The best part it is, they are easy to make with simple ingredients!

Chocolate Coating Ingredients:
❤️ 1⁄4 cup organic butter or coconut oil
❤️ 1 cup unsweetened organic chocolate
❤️ 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
❤️ Flaky sea salt, for topping (optional)
Almond Butter Filling Ingredients:
❤️ 3/4 cup raw almond butter
❤️ 1⁄2 tsp sea salt
❤️ 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
❤️ 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions:
1️⃣ Melt coconut oil or butter and chocolate. Remove from heat, stir in maple syrup & a pinch of sea salt.

2️⃣ In a separate bowl, mix almond butter, sea salt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and coconut oil.

3️⃣ Line a mini muffin tin with silicone or paper liners. Add a small layer of chocolate to the bottom of the liners. Place in the fridge for 10-15 minutes for chocolate to harden.

4️⃣ Spoon a small amount of almond butter filling on top of the chocolate layer. Cover with the remaining chocolate coating. Sprinkle with flakey sea salt (if desired).

5️⃣ Place in refrigerator or freezer until set. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.

Yummy, simple & healthy - Cherry Almond Oat Bars!

For the cherry chia jam:
2 cups cherries, fresh or frozen
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp chia seeds

For the bars:
1 cup organic rolled oats
1 cup blanched almond flour
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
6 tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 tsp sea salt

Make the jam:
1️⃣ Add the cherries & maple syrup to a medium saucepan on medium heat until the cherries begin to release their liquid, about 5 – 15 minutes. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, until the cherries begin to reduce and thicken, about 5 -10 minutes. Use your spoon to break them apart.
2️⃣ Stir in the chia seeds, cook for another 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the jam to cool.

Make the bars:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
Add the oats and almond flour to a blender and process on high until the oats form a fine flour. Add the remaining crust ingredients and continue processing until a sticky dough begins to form.
2️⃣ Transfer 2/3 of the dough into the baking pan, using your fingers or a spatula to press down tightly and evenly. Spoon the chia jam over the surface. Top with remaining dough by dropping it on top in a few separate globs, and then spread them out.
3️⃣ Bake for 35 – 40 minutes, until the center has set and the bars begin to turn golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool. Cut them into individual bars and enjoy!

This easy Crock Pot Oatmeal can be put together in less than 5 minutes and ready for breakfast first thing in the morning!

INGREDIENTS:
🥣 1 ½ cups rolled oats
💧3 ½ cups water
🍎1 large apple, unpeeled, chopped
🍇1/4 cup raisins
🍯3 tbsp honey (optional)
🧂1 ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
🫙1 tsp pure vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣ In a crock-pot, combine all ingredients. Turn on low setting.
2️⃣ Cover and cook overnight (6-8 hours).
