Do you set goals for the New Year? Try following some helpful tips to meet your goals this year!

1. Choose ONE Main Goal
Pick one primary focus instead of trying to change everything. Examples:
- Drink more water
- Move your body 4x/week
- Get consistent chiropractic care
- Reduce sugar

Simplicity creates consistency.

2. Make It Specific
Vague goals don’t stick. Instead of “be healthier,” try:

🎄CHRISTMAS SALAD🎄

Christmas colors makes this salad look beautiful but it tastes even better!

Ingredients:
1/2 cups raw walnuts
1/2 cup shelled pumpkin seeds
6 cups mixed greens
1-2 apples or pears, chopped
2 avocados, sliced
2 cups pomegranate arils
1 cup crumbled goat cheese

Dressing:
⭐️1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
⭐️ 1/4 cup balsamic or apple cider vinegar
⭐️ 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
⭐️ 2 tablespoons honey
⭐️ 2 teaspoons orange zest + 2 tablespoons orange juice (or 2 drops wild orange essential oil)
⭐️ sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
1. Add the greens to a large salad bowl. Add the apple (or pear), avocados, and pomegranate. Sprinkle on the cheese and nuts. Gently toss the salad.
2. Combine all ingredients for the dressing in a glass jar and shake to combine. Just before serving, drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss. Enjoy!

5 Simple Tips for a Healthier Holiday

1️⃣ Stay Hydrated
Drink water throughout the day—at least half your body weight in ounces.

2️⃣ Prioritize Protein
Start each meal with a solid source of protein to keep blood sugar steady and cravings in check.

3️⃣ Keep Moving
Even 10–15 minutes of walking, stretching, or a quick family workout helps your energy, digestion, and stress levels.

🌲🍊CINNAMON CITRUS CIDER🍊🌲

Delicious & makes your house smell like Christmas!

INGREDIENTS
🍎 5 cups organic apple cider
🍎 1 cinnamon stick
🍎 2 whole cloves
🍎 1 (1⁄2 inch thick) orange slice with peel
🍎 1 (1⁄2 inch thick) lemon slice with peel
🍎 1⁄4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ Combine cider, cinnamon stick, cloves, orange slice, lemon slice, and nutmeg in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil.
2️⃣ Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
3️⃣ Strain cider mixture through a sieve into a bowl and discard solids.

Christmas Crunch Dessert

** Simple, healthy & delicious- with only 5 ingredients!**

INGREDIENTS:
⏺️ 1⁄2 cup Swerve Brown Sugar - packed
⏺️ 1⁄4 cup Kerrygold ⁄ Grass-Fed Butter
⏺️ 1⁄2 cup Lily’s Chocolate Chips (semi-sweet or dark)
⏺️ 28 Simple Mills Almond Flour Crackers
⏺️ 1⁄4 cup chopped pecans (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line pan with parchment paper, put Simple Mills Crackers on bottom.
2️⃣ Place the butter & Swerve Brown Sugar into a small saucepan on low/medium heat. Continuously stir the 2 together until butter melts and the mixture comes to a rolling boil.
3️⃣ Gently pour the brown sugar/butter mixture over crackers, making sure it’s evenly dispersed & crackers stay put.
4️⃣ Bake at 350°F for 10 min; remove from the oven & immediately sprinkle Lily’s chocolate chips over top. Cover to melt for 3-5 mins. Spread melted chocolate over the crackers.
5️⃣ Top with chopped nuts (optional). Place in fridge to cool for at least 2 hours before breaking apart. Store in the refrigerator in a sealed container.
