I started OsteoStrong in January of 2019. Now I am 3 years older and feeling stronger, and have so much more energy. My most recent DEXA scan showed I maintained my bone density in my hips and spine!!! I am beyond excited and so proud of myself!!! The commitment to my diet and OsteoStrong is working!!
