Hi, I'm Dana, your virtual health coach in Sioux Falls! I've been with Profile at the 27th & Minnesota and Sanford Wellness locations since May of 2022.

I grew up in central Iowa and Sioux Falls has been my home with my spouse and three children for the last 20+ years. I am passionate about health and wellness and the power to transform your life - I have lived that change and you can too!

I am grateful for the opportunity to connect and partner with you in your own journey. My greatest goal is for you to feel supported and know that you are not alone. When you join Profile/HMR, you are part of a whole community of other members and coaches who cheer each other on. You've got this!
