What is Red Light Therapy?
Light (red and near-infrared light) has the power to heal the body and optimize health. Red and near-infrared light are part of the electromagnetic spectrum, and more specifically, part of the spectrum of light emitted by the sun. These wavelengths are bioactive in humans. Meaning, these types of light literally affect the function of our cells. Overall, red and near-infrared light therapy have been repeatedly shown to have positive effects on cell function in animal and human studies in numerous ways.

Summer is finally here and with the warmer weather comes our new summer schedule!
We have a new class for you early birds out there – 7:30am on Wednesdays is Core and More with Jen, which focuses on engagement of the deep and superficial muscles of the core to increase pelvic floor health and overall function and stability.

We have another 7:30amd class on Mondays – Total Body boost, also with Jen – This class combines HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) with strength training to increase cardiovascular health and strength!

Finish the week off strong with one of our Friday classes – Yoga Strong at 9am and Restorative Yoga at 10:30am, both with Alicia.

We’re still switching things up on Saturdays – we’ll be rotating between Yoga and Healthy Heart Zumba!
