Your knees weren’t designed to be crash pads for every movement mistake.
When squats hurt, we blame the knees.
But more often than not:
The ankles are stiff.
The hips aren’t sharing the load.
One side is doing more than the other.
The trunk isn’t giving the body a stable starting point.
