Pray for me… in the morning I am heading to the dentist! 😬

I used to fear the dentist as a kid because it was inevitable that I would have cavities. 😖Since cleaning up my oral routine I haven’t had a single cavity! But that doesn’t mean I’m not still fighting the challenges that were created when I was a kid. Tomorrow I am having one of my old fillings removed and am being fitted for a crown. Have you ever had this done? I’d love to know your experience! 🙏

In the mean time though, you should check out how amazing the dōTERRA tooth paste & mouth wash are. They have made it so my kids are not doomed to relive my childhood fears. They love the dentist! 👍

Happy Friday friends! On Monday our team cleanse is starting. We do this biannually to Reflect. Reset. Radiate.

It is a time to reflect on what habits we’ve settled into, what we are fueling our body with and what we are exposing it to. Then we spend time actually ridding our body of the toxins in the reset phase. This is is the time when I really focus on eating nutrient dense foods, increasing my water intake and other steps to flush toxins like detox baths, armpit masks and upping my skin care game with all natural ingredients. Lastly we radiate. During this phase you feel amazing! It’s time to put this newly cleansed body to work. I use this phase to focus on my fitness as my body restores itself with cellular support and gut healing.

30 days. 3 ten day cycles. New habits and progress, not perfection!

We get to this point in the summer and the overwhelm begins to set in. Back-to-school shopping needs to be done, fall calendars need to be completed, activity schedules, sports physicals, carpool…. Well, you get the idea! I often find myself needing to remember to step back and just breathe. I do my best to stay present, enjoy the final moments of summer and take each day by day. So I encourage you to breathe today. Life may feel overwhelming but pull out your oils and ground yourself today.

My oil of choice right now is Eucalyptus, a respiratory and mental powerhouse!

The emails are flooding in, the supply lists have began appearing in the stores and the calendar has officially changed to one that lists three “First Day of School”. As my kids get older their school supply lists change. I love that now they are at an age to know exactly what they need and which supplies they prefer. Some that I’m sure don’t shock anyone are their dōTERRA products! Throat lozenges, sanitizer, anxiety support, focus roller, products for acne and more are all just as important to them as the perfect type of mechanical pencil or notebook. I am helping to teach a few classes this weekend all about oils for back to school. If you want an invite, simply DM me!
