Today marks such a bittersweet moment for me, as I am finished with my 12-weeks at 401 Create by LifeQuest! This summer was well spent making new friends and connections and bringing art and healing to persons with support.

As Healing Heart Havens is about Art Therapy and creating programming to bring healing in a systemic way, we were thinking about how to remain in the Mitchell Community offering other options to the public. We have been graciously offered a space to provide one-on-one therapy, art lessons, group sessions for youth or adults or family retreats. However, we feel scattered and really want to hone in on community needs.

If anyone is so inclined, I would love to hear from you on your thoughts and preferences! A Survey link is attached, and we would love to have input from all . Please do us a favor and participate if you are able!
